Yes — all estimates are free and on-site. We assess condition, square footage, and goals, then give clear itemized pricing.
How long in business?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured. Documentation available for commercial or HOA requirements.
How long does installation take?
Flake and garage often 1–2 days. Metallic 2–3 days. Polished concrete 2–4 days.
When can I walk or drive on it?
Foot traffic ~24 hours, vehicles ~48–72 hours depending on system and conditions.
How do I prepare my space?
Clear all furniture, vehicles, and stored items. Disclose oil stains so we spec the right prep.
Do I need to be home?
Not the whole time — just a brief walkthrough at start and sign-off at completion.
How do I maintain a coated floor?
Sweep and mop with pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh solvents. Wipe oil spills promptly.
How long will it last?
Flake and metallic 10–20 years. Pool decks 10–15. Polished concrete essentially indefinite with periodic re-guarding.
Can a coating be repaired?
Minor damage can be touched up. Larger areas may need a section reseal.
